Cancellation Policy
Fair, Flexible Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
1. Free Cancellation Window
Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time (02:00 PM local time on check-in date) are entitled to a full 100% refund.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive at the resort (no-show), will result in a fee equivalent to the room charges for the first night.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.
